At Cyknox Infotech, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a cancellation or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are granted.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request a cancellation of services by contacting us via email or phone. The following conditions apply:

  • Before Project Initiation: If a cancellation is requested before the project has officially started, a full refund may be issued, deducting any transaction fees or preliminary administrative costs.
  • During Project Execution: If a cancellation is requested while the project is in progress, billing will be calculated based on the work completed up to that point. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
  • Subscription Services: For recurring services (e.g., maintenance, SEO), cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. We value our client relationships and will work to resolve any issues fairly.

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@cyknoxinfotech.com within 14 days of the transaction or service delivery issue.
  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
  • Third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting fees, or paid plugins) are non-refundable.

Project Termination

Cyknox Infotech reserves the right to terminate a project or service agreement if the client breaches the terms of use or fails to make payments. In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
